Job Description
A Financial Analyst executes the following duties:
- Provides general financial management and budgetary support
- Performs seized and forfeited asset related accounting functions
- Monitors and reviews reports on seized and forfeited asset related accounts
- Reviews invoices and receipts related to seized and forfeited asset related accounts
- Performs certain liaison functions with clients with respect to budget execution
- Reviews reprogramming requests of clients
- Provides program specific analysis to support budget formulation, budget execution, and financial reporting processes
Requirements
A Financial Analyst must meet the following qualifications:
- Possess a four year undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Requires experience in Government accounting system
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software
- Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressure
This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.
