Job Description
An Agency Manager executes the following duties:
- Manages execution of the Asset Forfeiture Program Support Contract for a single customer agency throughout the United States
- Supervises each subordinate supervisor
- Oversees and/or performs all recruiting and hiring for customer agency within area of responsibility
- Executes the Contractor’s training and quality control programs within area of responsibility
- Recruits and hires all supervisors with approval of Program Manager
- Approves hiring of all personnel within area of responsibility
Requirements
An Agency Manager must meet the following qualifications:
- Masters degree preferred
- Four year undergraduate diploma with progressive experience in the areas listed above
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in and familiarity with analytical process and legal assistance
- Must possess experience directing multiple tasks/projects at multiple locations
- Must possess progressive experiences with management and office procedures
This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.
