MAKING A DIFFERENCE
OUR PEOPLE
FSA has more than 1,500 personnel at more than 490 government worksites located throughout the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Guam supporting key Federal law enforcement and homeland security agencies.
OUR COMMUNITIES
We are passionate about serving the communities where we work by strengthening ties between the public and federal government agencies, as well as giving back where our support is most needed. We help by giving our time, knowledge, and resources to support local organizations.
Additionally, FSA supports the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve’s (ESGR) mission to develop and promote supportive work environments for military service members of the U.S. National Guard and Reserve. In 2022, FSA signed a Statement of Support, pledging that:
- We fully recognize, honor, and comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.
- We will provide our managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.
- We appreciate the values, leadership, and unique skills Service members bring to the workforce and will encourage opportunities to hire Guardsmen, Reservists, and Veterans.
- We will continually recognize and support our country’s Service members and their families, in peace, in crises, and in war.
